In- home personal training is a unique and convenient approach to fitness that allow you to work with me right from the comfort of your own home. It's perfect for those with busy schedules, limited access to a gym, or anyone who prefers a more personalized and private workout experience. You won’t have to worry about driving to the gym, finding parking, or dealing with overcrowded fitness centers. Instead, I will come to you, saving you valuable time in your day.

Customized Group Fitness Class 

Cardio Circuit Training- This class consists of periods of intense exertion alternating with periods of rest or light exertion. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.

Circuit Training- An efficient and challenging form of conditioning which develops strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination utilizing a variety of exercises and workout stations

Fit Camp- Challenging workout incorporates a variety of cardio, muscular strength, and endurance activities

HIIT- This 30-minute class is a total body aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full body strength training with cardio bursts. Modifications for all levels.

Pilates- The basic method of mat-based core training which includes abdominal, back and hip muscles. 

Pilates Sculpt- The basic method of “mat-based” core training which includes abdominal, back and hip muscles with additional muscle conditioning work.

Sculpt & Tone- This class will include weights and music to keep the heart rate up

Body Sculpt - A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on intense isolation exercises with free weights and resistance, ending with abs. All-Levels.

Bootcamp- Need an extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing- each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun - but be prepared for some high intensity training! (Intermediate to Advanced)

Cardio Mega Mix- This class is a high energy, all cardio workout that will leave you sweating, smiling and having fun! You will experience various styles of cardia such as hi-lo, kickboxing, dance and athletic drills. All fitness levels.

Chisel & Burn- This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All fitness levels.
